If you are in need of a great travel agent, look no more.  All you have to do is go to http://www.kimskruises.net/ and leave everything to
Valerie.  I started booking with kim's Kruizes 6 years ago.  Valerie's sis Kim was so nice to us that I never went anywhere else to book my cruises.  Now Valerie has taken care of me the last two cruises and she is just great.

It is my understanding that Kim's Kruises doesn't sell air separately, only air offered by the cruise line.

We have used Kims Kruises for all of our past 10 Princess cruises and never had a problem.  Always great service, proper pricing and a smile everytime.

Although I posted my praise of Valerie on a recent post, we have found that they have been rather slow and somewhat sloppy in handling requests and changes to booking issues recently.  Might be due to being overloaded with requests, or maybe we are still used to Kim, who never slept and lived the business, and her always fast and accurate work.

I emailed her 3 days ago inquiring about booking a 14 night on Grand with her.  I haven't heard a peep from her.   Angry

The way I see it, I'll send my business and money to someone who will at least take the time to acknowledge an email.  The least she could/should have done is written back and let me know she received it and it might take a few days to get back to me.  I might not have liked that response, but at least I would have respected her time constraints at the moment, and appreciated the fact she's busy, but I'm not forgotten.

Today I found a new travel agent...she got the 14 night Grand booking, and a B2B booking on Liberty this fall.  My win, her loss!!

I use to book exclusively with Kim but since her sister took over I found the prices and services to be somewhat lacking..  I switched to Nancy Bogart from Cruise Planners and booked my last 4 cruises with her.  Her prices so far cannot be beat and I receive instant responses to my emails and phone calls..  Her email is nancy@planningcruises.com, her phone number is 800-561-0802

Here's another vote for Nancy Bogert.  Her response time is fast  - even if she is on a cruise herself.   She has great pricing too and it is hard to beat.  She's been my TA since 1/06 and I have booked 17 cruises with her.  So you can see I am a satisfied customer.

I use Kims Kruises and just love them!! So does everyone in our group of "cruisers"...  I know that they get really busy at times (they make their money on high volume -thats how she gives such great rates - therefore, they get behind at times but I know that Val has hired another girl in the office now to help so now they have 3 people in there. I can't imagine how they do what they do.  When you think of an office of that volume with only 3 people,  I think she does a great job!  She is all about saving you money and bending over backwards to help!!
