I use to book exclusively with Kim but since her sister took over I found the prices and services to be somewhat lacking.. I switched to Nancy Bogart from Cruise Planners and booked my last 4 cruises with her. Her prices so far cannot be beat and I receive instant responses to my emails and phone calls.. We heartily agreed that Kim's Kruises is among the best of the TA's. Once in a blue moon we've saved a little $$ elsewhere but Kim's is a good place to at least start. Her staff is now up to 3 so she's growing.

I met Val's mother on the Ruby maiden voyage. Had a wonderful chat and of course received the business card. We have since turned over the up coming Alaska land and sea cruise as have the other two couples going with us. Have no complaints about the service. She is looking at river cruises in Europe for us now. We had all booked direct with Princess, but when we switched to Val we received a lot better price.

We have always used Kims Kruises and gotten great deals. Amazingly enough, we found out about her from a friend we met on the CC board. It is good to hear that there are others fabulous TAs out there who take cruising as seriously as we do. We will certainly give Nancy a call. |

We just booked Golden Princess for Hawaii in 2010 with Nancy Bogert. This is the 5th Princess cruise that we have booked with her.

We just booked the Golden Princess to Hawaii in Dec 2009 with Nancy Bogert too. Did this while on the Grand Princess last month and got a terrific price with the double OBC . Anyone that booked during the specified time period while on board a Princess ship got the double OBC.
