I tried logging on Princess.com last night. The site would not accept my name or password. Seems that my registration is now listed as UK and not the US and I can't get into the site to look at a cruise I'm interested in possibility booking. Help!!!! How do I get it changed back to the US location?

Never heard of such an issue before.  Are you located in the UK or US?

The only thing I can think of doing is calling Princess.

Sorry I can't offer more help.

Thanks for the suggestions.... I have already talked to the Captain's Circle rep... he really tried to find out what was wrong but we couldn't get it to work. I'll try the cookies. I'm here in Texas.

Were you successful with getting onto the Princess site yet?

Unfortunately, I have not been able to get on the site, even without cookies. I'm getting very frustrated with it. You'd think when the APPLE STORE deleted everything and handed it over as if it was brand new, the princess should be new. HELP!! Any other suggestions??

Could it be that "pool-173-71-5-165.dllstx.fios.verizon.net" is not coming from the United States?  That is your current domain address.  If you can log on to www.princess.com with your user name and password from your local library or from a computer that is not using FIOS on Verizon located in the U.S. then Verizon is the likely cause of Princess thinking you are in the U.K.  I assume that you are using www.princess.com as your browser destination address.

FYI:  I checked your 173.71.5.165 I.P. address.  It doesn't trace to North America.  In fact it doesn't trace to any Internet world region.
