Looking for reputable guide in Ushuaia for Star Princess Feb. 2, 2009 departure. Can anybody help?

We were there on the Golden Princess.  It was raining that day.  In fact it rains all the time down there during summer (winter here).  Princess will be offering excursions from the Ushuaia harbor, one of which takes you on a catamaran out to see and smell stinky sea lions and such.  All that needs to be seen in Ushuaia (pronounced Use y ya) as far as getting a feel of the place is within a few blocks of the dock.  We had no problem making cell phone calls on our opened U.S. cell phone back to the U.S., or maybe it was our locked Sprint PCS cell phone.   

Argentina gift and jewelry shops sell cute little red/pink stone penguins.  The rock is native to Argentina which makes them pricey but oh so cute.  We bought a mama and a baby penguin statue at a negotiated fair price in Ushuaia.

We took the Southernmost Railway & Ensenada Bay. IMO a great use of your time in Ushuaia. BTW it was a sunny day on our trip
