We've been using Best Prince Cruises
http://www.bestpricecruises.com/ for quite a while located in Port St. Lucie, FL. They seem to have some of the cheapest most competitive prices (most times with cabin credit when other TA's don't offer it) around the internet BUT they're are a few sneaky thing they do that you have to watch out for---like when booking on their site (without using an agent) they'll add in insurance & if you don't notice it in the confirmation email you only have three days to cancel it. Over the years have instated a a cancellation charge (prior to final payment) which at one time used to be a freebie. That's understandable as it can cause a lot of unnecessary paperwork without any commission. Other than that we've had good results with them BUT then again we've never had any serious problems that they had to get involved with.
Cruise Critic has a nasty article written about the agency badmouthing them on their main page but it seems to me that since they're in the business of selling cruises themselves they're got an axe to grind.
Has anyone else had good or bad experiences with them?
