Has anyone been on a recent Golden Princess cruise & know if there is a seafood buffet at any time during the cruise?

I was on Golden to Hawaii last October, and while they did feature shrimp and sushi and crabmeat salad occasionally in the Horizon Court, I wouldn't call it a "seafood buffet."

Hey Nabs!

Next week. Are you going to the CC M&G? Or should we have the first unofficial PrincessOnly M&G?

The last time we went to HI on the Golden, there never was a "seafood" buffet per se in the mold of Cafe Caribe.

About 2 1/2 years ago my friends & I went to a CC M&G on Celebrity & not one person said hello to us.  They were all in their own groups & saving seats for others.  We left very quickly... I have found Princess passengers so much more friendly.  No more "Sail Away" seafood buffets?...

ccrain... do you know of anyone else on the Golden Princess cruise?  It would be nice to have a "meet & greet."  Do you plan on going to the CC "meet & great" assuming they have one?

There is a pretty active roll call over on CC. They have a CC M&G planned the first sea day I think.

Since I know nothing about CC, do you have to be a member to attend?  The last time I tried to attend I felt that may be the problem why no one said hello?  Do you already know where on the ship it will be?  First day at sea would be Thursday the 28th?  That would be one week from today, very excited about the cruise...  Perhaps I will try to attend.  I called Princess yesterday to ask if there will be a Hawaiian night during the cruise & the fellow didn't know but did say there will be 3 formal nights which I did already know.

Anybody can join the roll call on CC, just enroll into CC and join in the fun, introduce youself on there to others on your cruise roll call. Just don't mention' Princess Chatter' on CC or the CC Shore Patrol will march you off the CC gang plank. Huh

Enjoy Golden Princess Grin

There will be a deck party Hawaiian night, but its pretty much the same as the Caribbean Island Night. Just a little more hula and less electric slide.

I asked over on the roll call and they don't know where or when, but I suspect it will be announced in the patter and be held in SkyWalkers around 11am on a sea day.
