Sapphire Mexican Riviera November 19 - November 26, 2011

We just booked this as a B2B with the Sapphire Princess LA to Tahiti to LA itinerary.  Got our favorite C748 as well.  So far this cruise looks pretty empty at this point so I expect that prices might drop.  To bad that the Sapphire gets its remodel in January, 2012 after this cruise is over.

Princess has listed zero excursions for Ensenada.  I wonder why?  On one of our two days in Cabo we are going on the pirate ship excursion.  Are we crazy or what?

If you are crazy, then so am I; we did the pirate ship excursion in Cabo and had a blast.  It was not "entertainment" like the one in Puerto Vallarta.  We motored out of the bay, then they cut the engines and set the sails; it was a thrill actually "sailing" on a boat that size.  Back in the bay, we anchored and those that wanted did some snorkling; followed by snacks and adult beverages.  All-in-all, a fun trip.
