All: I am just off the Sapphire from an otherwize wonderful Mexican Riviera cruise - submitted my FCC request on day 1 of the cruise. I understand no more paper confirmations, but read we would get an email confirmation. As of right now, havnt rec'd any communication whatsoever, my credit card still has not been charged, there are no FCCs in myprincess acct. Over on Cruisecritic Im reading this is a big problem on the Sapphire (Brian the consultant in particular). Ive emailed Princess, made mention of this in my online feedback report and have phoned my complaint in to Princess as well. Im hoping this can get resolved but frustrated at the total lack of service in this area. Very dissapointing customer service on an otherwize relaxing and enjoyable cruise.
