Rui moves around.  Lately he has been on the Ruby (or the Diamond).  What's confusing is that there are two Rui Pereira's working Princess ships.  One is a Maitre and the other is a Head Waiter.

Thank you  Mike for the info. Yes, it is a common name! I'd like to cruise with the Maitre d' for this Xmas/New Year, so if you hear of his whereabouts, please post. Thanks in advance.  Huh
