Princess wouldn't tell me the details of my On Board Credits (OBC) on a couple of upcoming cruises.  They said I had to get that information only from my travel agent.  When I got the OBC details from my T.A. I found that Princess had not posted my U.S. military OBC (for which I had properly sent the required documentation to Princess for each specific upcoming cruise), and not posted our more than 20 Princess cruises Loyalty cabin OBC.

As former U.S. President Ronald Reagan said once "Trust, but Verify."

The only CC I can seem to verify is the $$ obtained from the credit card points. Anything else, we have to wait till on the ship before finding out.

Can't your T.A. get it for you?

We always carry a printed copy of any cruise credits we should be getting, either from our stock shares, Future cruise credit etc.  This way we have the proof.  We were burned once, never again.

My TA always notes my CC on a confirmation sheet which I print but that CC never appears on Princess's web site & I confirm it after boarding.

My T.A. says that the more than 20 Princess cruises loyalty cabin credit is applied when you are on board and it is done by the Captain's Circle rep.  I'll believe that when I see it.

My T.A. also says that she has nothing to do with applying the U.S. military service OBC even though the Princess announcement says either Princess or the T.A. can see that it gets applied.  Maybe the T.A. or Princess has to apply it at the time of first booking but I'm not sure about this.

Not true. We always fine a card in out cabin upon arrival on boarding day and it gets applied automatically without visiting the Circle rep. If by chance you don't get the card, the Circle rep can look into it but a separate visit isn't necessary.
