Linda - don't worry Grin Grin Grin

We sailed through a force 8 gale in the Tasman Sea and we are still here.  You need a little sea-swell or else you might just as well be in a hotel Roll Eyes  Just make sure you have plenty of seasickness tablets - all these wrist bands and patches behind the ears are useless - and, if all else fails, the doctor always has the magic needle Shocked

Stiff upper lip and all that ladies  Grin Grin Grin

And a good few brown bags - plenty of fresh air -  Shocked  and anti sickness travel pills to pop!

Were gonna have fun! I tell thee!   Cheesy Cheesy

We've not done an April crossing, but our Mar 98 trans-Atlantic, Buenos Aires to Barcelona was the smoothest we've had, out of a half-dozen.

We're going again in March 08, Miama to Barcelona on Oceania's Regatta, and hoping for smooth seas.

Our roughest was probably Aug 02, Golden Princess, Venice to New York.  We had bow slap spray raining down on our Caribe deck balcony, elevator cars were banging about in their shafts, and several windows along Prom Deck shattered, along with a lot of glass/crockery damage in the shops, bars, and restaurants.

You never know what the ocean will hold in store.

Good luck on your crossing.
