Title: Air Force major drowns in Neptune pool aboard Caribbean Princess
Post by: Host Mike on June 25, 2019, 10:58:12 AM
"In an email statement, Princess Cruises spokesman Nagin Kamali said Osakue was found unresponsive in one of the ship’s swimming pools about 5:15 a.m. Friday as the ship, which sails out of Port Everglades, was on the sixth day of a seven-day Western Caribbean voyage."
"
Osakue’s wife told investigators that “they had a lot to drink” prior to the drowning, but she was not with Osakue when he entered the pool, according to the Medical Examiner’s Office’s statement. A toxicology test will take at least a week.

Osakue drowned in the Caribbean Princess’ Neptune Pool, the statement said."

"The man, believed to be in his 30’s, was found in the bottom of the Neptune pool on deck 15 of the Caribbean Princess around 5:00 a.m. on the morning of Friday, June 14, 2019.  He reportedly had been drinking the previous night during a party on the pool deck (24K Gold Deck Party) and later at the Skywalkers Lounge on the ship. CPR was reportedly performed without success."
