Interesting. It would have fooled me....except that I don't use ATM machines.
About the only CC machines I do use are at gas stations which I suppose are just as libel to be hacked with one.
If they did lift you number from on of these devices and lost money, would you be protected in some way by the bank similar to a credit card misuse?

BTW: On my Apple iPad I clicked on a link for daily weather updates.  Bam, just like that my iPad was hacked with two secret profiles being added to my setup.  I discovered them by noticing that when composing emails by taping the email from address I found two foreign email addresses could be now be used.  I was able to delete the profiles in the Settings General tab but no telling what mischief had already occurred.
