CCL Mergers
« on: May 27, 2020, 09:09:58 PM »
Princess Chatter has been essentially inactive for over a month. Here is a speculative discussion topic:
Will CCL Corporation merge Princess with one or more of their other brands? I have no knowledge of any such plan. What do you think?

I'm not to sure that many of the cruise lines will be around in the coming years.
We've been receiving numerous emails from Princess in the last week or two but we're definitely not interested until they have a vaccine & there are hundreds of cruises on all cruise lines without any incidents.
Merging cruise lines might get them past all of this but what a typical cruise will look like might not be what most people will enjoy.
I hate to think it but I think our cruising days are over....at least for the next few years.

Probably so but what will a cruise look like in the future?
Unless there's a vaccine to prevent further infection, I'm not sure I would enjoy what they'll offer as a cruise vacation. ie (possible) - limited seating at all venues, no buffet, long tender waits, maybe even tickets being distributed for the shows.  :(
