One and one hours on hold with Princess

I called Princess today to check on the status of a one month old unpaid Princess deposit refund for a ship and cabin that Princess canceled.  One and one half hours on hold to be told that the refund could be issued by the Princess "revenue" department in 15 to 20 (more) days.
