Cruising Tips Chatter / Re: 14 common mistakes passengers make

If you buy alcohol in a port, you'll have to check it upon reentering the ship

While it might be a lot cheaper to book your tours independent of the ship, it's also a lot riskier.

Passengers not formally dressed on this evening aren't allowed to eat in the main dining rooms,

Yes and no.

212
There are plenty more ways.  ;D

213
They didn't think to add extra medication in case for some reason you get delayed for a few weeks.

THE PLASTIC-FREE PASSENGER
More than eight of ten cruise passengers recycle (82%) and reduce using single-use plastics
(80%) while traveling. Seven out of ten cruisers forego plastic straws.

Since there are no plastic straws on Princess I would say this percentage is a little low.  ;D

82% OF CRUISERS LIKELY TO BOOK A
CRUISE AS THEIR NEXT VACATION

This number will probably change drastically in the near future.

In this situation what else would you expect.  :o

216
We didn't experience any unusual precaution being taken on the Regal recently- even during this latest virus outbreak.

217
If I lived on the west coast I'd take advantage of the better pricing for sure.

218
It's typical that they always seem to have exclusions for major catastrophes.  ::)

219
Even if I could afford it, I'd get so bored after 30 days (and fat) that I would be longing for home ASAP.  :D

On the 13th deck of the MSC Divina you will find these small, narrow balconies.
MSC Divina Deck 13 Aft Balcony

And I though the Royal class ships had small balconies.  :o

Things you CANNOT bring...

Homemade food from home -=This I've never heard of before.
Pool floats Princess does allow noodles in the pool. I just picked up an inflatable one for our next Regal cruise.

222
One of the latest items is that the crew on Princess gets unlimited internet service for $60 per month.
They are also monitored closely to see that they don't share the service withe others.

223
I'd venture to say more than "most of the time".  ;)

You probably get some deals on those cabins if your lucky but I'm convinced that some of those cabins are held back & only sold if they can get last minute buyers.

Not that I know for sure but I suspect there are many cabins that have had numerous complaints form previous sailings, such as AC problems, plumbing issues, noise problems & location on the ship.
We've received guarantee cabins in the past & always seem to have been assigned out of the way cabins locations.
We now prefer to choose our location knowing what to expect. At least we can do some searching to see if that cabin has a bad history.

We always travel with our passports BUT I've also been told that a copy will help out if the original isn't available.
I do have paper copies but recently have begun to keep a copy in Google docs.

I'm not sure if it would do much in any situation but it's available if needed along with birth certificates, drivers licence & anything else that I though might help for id.
