Wow, 1000 passengers. That's going to crimp the marketability of Bar Harbor for the cruise lines.

That's not really a negative. If they feel that their community is being ruined by too many passengers then it's a good move.

It doesn't affect me either way since I don't live there or have a shop in the area.
I see this spreading to other locations as well.
