The article makes it seem as if people flock to book spa treatments because they are a phenomenal experience.
The reality is that spa sessions, are in demand for "sea days" when you are stuck on the ship. Same thing can be said for
speciality restaurants and other shipboard activities.
Far fewer people care about these 'offerings' when in a port of call.
And yes, these spa treatments are excessively overpriced. As an indulgence, great, but not
as a value.
